a) Available Puppies: We have puppies available during most of the year. Please see the photos and descriptions provided on our Available Puppies page. We are not brokers or resellers and never sell to pet stores or brokers/resellers. We're a Cooperative of ethical Breeders who use this website to make our pups available to the public.
b) Sales Contract:
Please take a moment to carefully read a copy of our Sales Contract. Credit Card Customers, those who mail their payments or provide payment in cash prior to delivery automatically agree to our purchase terms and contract by their purchase.
c) Prices and Payments:
Prices are non-negotiable and are set by individual breeders and based on their assessment of what their puppies are worth. Prices are not based on size or weight, but the value assigned to a puppy by the Breeder. Please do NOT ask about trades, discounts or lower prices. We accept credit cards. Please write down the puppy number (Example: C8814) and price before clicking on the link below the puppy description. We also accept Bank Deposits, Bank Wire Transfers, Money Orders sent overnight and MoneyGram
money transfers. They should be sent to Jamie Knell, 3701 E. Baseline Rd, Ste F-106, PMB 100, Gilbert, AZ 85234, (480) 629-8432. Email us your name, address, phone, number of the puppy and money transfer number. We accept Bank Checks and Money Orders. Due to the high fraud rate for hand written bank drafts, our bank may hold them until funds are released by the issuing bank or it is determined that the item is legitimate. USA Customers can send a Money Order (for the purchase price in USA Dollars plus $250 shipping) overnight by Express Mail (or Fed Ex) to Jamie Knell, 3701 E. Baseline Rd, Ste F-106, PMB 100, Gilbert, AZ 85234. Email us your name, phone, puppy number and the overnight shipping tracking number so we can hold the puppy for you. We do not accept personal or computer printed checks.
c) Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges with two exceptions:
1. If a puppy cannot be shipped or picked up because it cannot pass the health certification, has become unavailable for any reason or we have mutually agreed with a customer to cancel an order due to special circumstances, a refund for the full purchase price and any shipping charges will be issued within ninety days.
2. Health Warrantee (see below).
d) Heath Warrantee:
If the dog or puppy purchased by the Buyer expires from causes not listed in our sales contract within five days of delivery or pick up from the shipper, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the dog or puppy or a replacement of the dog or puppy from the Breeder Cooperative websites with an available dog or puppy of equal or lesser value (not including shipping, cooperative or delivery fees).
e) Shipping:
Puppies shipped or delievered remain our responsibility until the customer receives the puppy. Shipping dates are always tentative (due to weather changes and other considerations) and may be changed to protect the health of the puppy or accomodate available shipping resources.
f) Puppy Size, Coat, Weight and Color:
As puppies grow, size and color may not always be what's anticipated. The puppy's coat may also change being thinner or thicker, shorter or longer. We make no promise with regard to unanticipated size, color changes or coat length or thickness.
g) Order Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase and refund the customer or refuse a purchase if we feel it threatens the well-being of a puppy or we suspect the purchase involves fraud.
h) Ownership and Responsibility:
Because no one can predict the future health or lifespan of any living thing, all sales are final and any death, illnesses or other problems that may develop later become your responsibility once you pick up or accept delivery of the puppy (except for the terms of our Health Warranty - see above).
i) Vaccinations and Health:
Puppies are shipped with up to date vaccinations, wormed and are checked by a State Licensed Veterinarian before shipment or delivery. Any future vaccinations, examinations or other Veterinary procedures and expenses become the sole reponsilibity of the customer when they accept delivery of or pick up their puppy.
h) Customer Support:
We care about our Customers. If you have a question about your purchase, billing or any other related matter, please use our Customer Support Form. We answer all inquiries within 24 hours.
i) AKC Registrations and Papers:
Please note that AKC Papers (needed to register your puppy with the AKC) are presented 'As Is' to our Customers. That means that at the time of sale, they are valid. Due to the implemation of DNA Testing of Male Dogs by the AKC, many registrations are are now being questioned. This does not mean that a problem necessarily exists with the Breeder, but can mean that somewhere in the line of that puppy a Sire (male) was not really the Sire suggested by the papers filed by another Breeder long ago. As a result of the problems known to exist with animal DNA testing and the fact that a Breeder may not be to blame for any revokation or limitation of registrations, neither our Breeder Cooperative nor our Breeders may be held responsible for any course of action taken by the AKC at any time after sale.
